Connelly has started his newest hobby, spitting. I love it. I tried to video him doing it several times. When I finally got it, I was videoing horizontally. I am video-retarded. Why I thought it would be fun to turn my camera that angle is anyone's guess. First my belly dancing incident and now this. You'll just have to turn your head side ways. But it is cute.

So Nate is a HUGE BYU fan. This last weekend he and his cousin went to the BYU game. BYU slaughtered the other team. That is of course Nate's words. I don't know because I don't care. I actually hate football. I only like it because it is a reason to get together and eat!! LOL. I'm more the person that gets drinks and makes sure there is enough chips for everyone. My hubby on the other hand is a die hard. He does have season tickets and he lets me know this is a lifetime event. He is bound and determined to make Connelly a BYU fan/football. Dallynn is more a baseball/nascar fan. Nate likes those sports too, but not the same teams as Dallynn. Supposedly Connelly is going to like the BYU and 49rs. So what do you think? Does Connelly look like he is convinced?

So I have this assignment in my Dance 1010 class to research a repressed dance form. So my group and I chose Belly Dancing. I lucked out and had a chance to go see a live performance this weekend at the 9th and 9th Street fair downtown. Oh, how joyed I was with myself. I was right on top of this assignment. I made my friend Lacey go with me and tend Connelly as I took pictures and "video" tapped the dancing. In my class I have to do a presentation on the dance form and the pictures and video would really help out the presentation's overall feel. Well as I was up in the computer room today what did I learn? Oh that I'm a dimwit, a dope, a dunce, yes I did NOT record the dance. I had my camera on the recording mode, but I failed to push that tiny little button called, "RECORD". You know the button that tells the camera to record the images that it is seeing. So I was there on 9th and 9th acting like I was documenting the dancers, however I was just mocking the...

Okay, so I'm in a dead zone. My meals are so old. I need recipes. I love fish, chicken, and beef. Give me some ideas. salsa, dips, recipes that then can be used again and again because they are family favorites. Please help or my family will starve..... send them to kandyclever@yahoo.com

I am taking a Dance class to satisfy the Diversity requirement at SLCC. I really like it. last week we learned West Africian Dance. http://www.westafricandance.com/ is a website to learn more. My instructor went to Africa and learned from Youssouf Koumbassa, the instructor. It is a fun dance and interesting. I have to go to two live performances. Emalia told me about a great performance that is going on Sept. 17-20 at BYU it is called "world of dance" and it is only $8-15. The website is www.byuarts.com I'm so excited to go. I have never been to a ballet. I went to byu in Dec. one year and watched the "christmas around the world" performance. It was great. Nate went with me, but I doubt I'm going to get him to go this time with me. He isn't into it much. I really like it and want to get into going to the arts more.
