Today I worked out and went swimming. I'm trying to get back into things and swimming is always the hardest for me to get my skills back. I did a 1/2 a mile today, I need to work up to a mile. My goal is to do the bear lake tri in the fall, but if I don't get to that one maybe I'll do the one in Lehi again. I did that one last year and it was fun. So I need to start riding my bike again. That scares me. Not only do I fall off it frequently but my butt hurts so bad after the first few times. I'm so saddle sore and can't walk straight for the first two to three days after starting to ride again. It is amazing how fast your body can get out of shape and how long it takes to get it into shape. I swear I'll get back my six pack though!! LOL
Bell has found a new home. After I put her up for FREE on ksl.com, I got a ton of calls. The first little old lady that came to look at her snatched her right up. I was really surprised because Bell snapped at her right off, but I guess things are going well now. The lady called me later in the day, and said, "thank you, thank you. Bell is the dog I've waited for my whole life." She said that Bell just followed her around all day and the neighborhood kids love her. I'm so relieved.
