Tagged: 10 things about me

Here are 10 things about me:

  1. I like sports and recently I have gotten into doing triathlons. I did three sprint triathlons last year. The best I have done is Second at the American Fork tri. The image above is of me at one of the tri's.

  2. I worked in Jackson Hole as a wrangler for two summers in 97 and 98.

  3. While pregnant I couldn't eat fruity gum

  4. Nate and I met on a blind date and for the date activity of course we went to the Jazz game. I should have known from that date what I was in for. Nate is very intense when he watches games. The other team and the referee's are out to get the Jazz. (per Nate)

  5. I love to travel, but don't do it a lot so I mostly day dream of going to all the places all over the world. I'll look for hours on the Internet at flights and then never book anything. Just wish and wish.

  6. I was the Bear Lake Rodeo Princess when I was around age 14. I also went to Horse camp in WY all growing up

  7. I love to dance but can't now that my "partner" doesn't. I even tried to go to the Sandy Senior Center and have the older men dance with me there, but they wouldn't let me in because I was too young. How rude hu? I thought for sure someone there would dance with me.

  8. I'm obsessed with having my house clean and now that I'm a mommy and Nate is re-doing my house it is driving me up the wall. Hopefully soon I'll be back into shape and the house will be done and I can get it back to clean.

  9. I love to cook and try new recipes.

  10. I love to WATER SKI. I dream of being on the beach in Cliffton, ID at twin lakes.

Found a home

Bell has found a new home. After I put her up for FREE on ksl.com, I got a ton of calls. The first little old lady that came to look at her snatched her right up. I was really surprised because Bell snapped at her right off, but I guess things are going well now. The lady called me later in the day, and said, "thank you, thank you. Bell is the dog I've waited for my whole life." She said that Bell just followed her around all day and the neighborhood kids love her. I'm so relieved.

Just hang'n with my BOY

Connelly has been so fun now that he is potty trained. Yes you heart me, HE IS POTTY TRAINED. Not one accident in two weeks. He will even tell me when he has to go when he is busy playing. I know this is abnormal and I'm very fortunate. I ran upon these picks from this summer and just thought how cute they were. We went to Cherry Hill resort in Kaysville this summer and had a lot of fun.

Sun Valley, Idaho 2021

We stayed at a cute log cabin by the path that goes from Sun Valley to Hailey. There was a huge open field where we were able to throw the ball and play with the dogs in the snow. We ate lunches out and cooked the other meals in the cabin.  Connelly got  the French dip, Nate got the Pastrami, Kate got Macaroni salad and I got the Acai bowl! This was our fourth year going to SunValley.  We love to shop at the  thrift store, Gold Mine.  We found a lamp, board games, Sorrel snow boots for kate, beanies, and Corral plates for the kitchen!! GOLD MINE! Connelly went to Bald Mountain for the first time.  He was able to ski just as fast if not as fast as me.  The ski runs there are so long.  I never took the kids because they are  so long and I thought they wouldn't last two runs.  Connelly and I did 5 runs!!  It was so fun.  Then we got the souvenir pins for Dolla...
