I went to the library yesterday and picked up the book, "Hippety-Hop Hippety-Hay" it is by Opal Dunn and Sally Anne Lambert. It is the best childrens book. I recommend it to anyone with small kids. It says it is for kids from birth to age three, but I think even up to five would like it maybe. One of my favorite nursery rhymes is..."These are the baby's fingers, these are the baby's toes, This is baby's belly button, Round and Round goes."

My mom, Kristi, came to visit and help with Connelly. It has been heaven sent. She has helped me so much. Two nights in a row she helped with the baby by taking him all night and doing the feedings. It was so nice to actually sleep a full 7ish hours. She also has helped clean, cook, babysit while I worked on my homework. I have a test this Monday so she is going to tend him Sunday night for me too. It will be nice to be able to study and rest before the test. If you don't know, I'll tell you.... I hate this Statistics class. I just did 2 hours of homework and didn't get all 7 questions done. They are the longest and hardest equations. I can't wait until this class is over. I complain more than I work on my homework probably but I HATE IT. Nate and I are going on our first date postpartum today too. We are going to go to a movie and dinner while Grandma Krisit tends baby Connelly. I'm hoping to get outside today too and get in some good sunshine. I am still pretty so...

Here are 10 things about me: I like sports and recently I have gotten into doing triathlons. I did three sprint triathlons last year. The best I have done is Second at the American Fork tri. The image above is of me at one of the tri's. I worked in Jackson Hole as a wrangler for two summers in 97 and 98. While pregnant I couldn't eat fruity gum Nate and I met on a blind date and for the date activity of course we went to the Jazz game. I should have known from that date what I was in for. Nate is very intense when he watches games. The other team and the referee's are out to get the Jazz. (per Nate) I love to travel, but don't do it a lot so I mostly day dream of going to all the places all over the world. I'll look for hours on the Internet at flights and then never book anything. Just wish and wish. I was the Bear Lake Rodeo Princess when I was around age 14. I also went to Horse camp in WY all growing up I love to dance but can't now that my "partner...

Above is a pix I took in Logan Canyon last Fall. I do think that I'm a professional photographer some days so I wanted to share some of my good works. LOL. I'm going to school at SLCC right now, and I'm in a statistics class 1040. It is the hardest class I've ever taken. I hope I pass it. It is hard to find time to do homework and take care of Connelly's feedings. Connelly is doing well. He is growing fast and getting more handsome every day.

The last few days have been great. Connelly is doing great. He is on a 3 hour schedule, give and take 30 min. here and there, for feeding times. He sleeps through anything and I mean anything. Nate is doing construction on our family room and Connelly sleeps through the hammering, drilling, and stapel gun noises. No worries about being quiet if you come to visit. LOL!! The YW in the ward came by last night and gave me coupons. The coupons are amazing. Examples of some: Free babysitting, napping, lawn mowing, and even some that said "Whatever". Boy you would think the girls know me enough not to say whatever. But they wrote it and will have to be subjected to "whatever" I put them through now! I just can't wait to cash in all my coupons. I've already hit up two people on their food offers. YUMMY
