Today is Nate and I's 5 year anniversary. I just wanted to give a shout out and tell my hubby how much I love him. Today is also my first day back at work and Nate took care of Connelly for the first time all day. I guess my little baby doll is being stubborn and isn't taking the bottle. It is now 4:15 pm and per Nate Connelly has only taken 2 oz all day. I fed him at 7:45 am before I came to work. Tonight I'm headed to Logan for a bridal shower tomorrow and so tonight will be interesting. I bet that Connelly will be so hungry and onery. Oh, well. I guess that Nate will just need to work three jobs so I can stay home and be a milk cow all day, since Connelly only likes the nipple.

So I have been in Bear Lake area for two weeks now. Nate and I came here for my annual Crane family reunion. We stayed an extra week to do things in this area for a vacation. Well, everything we had planned failed!! Bear Lake doesn't know what a credit card is and also they don't know how to stay OPEN for people to shop. Montpelier only has one grocery store, and they aren't open all the time. We drove clear over to Afton, WY, on a Monday, they were closed MONDAY's. We usually pay for everything on credit card and they pay it off at the end of the month. Well the following places don't accept credit cards: Minnetoka Cave, the antique shop in Paris, the county assessors office in Paris, Family Dollar in Montpelier and I'm sure there is more. It has been so frustrating. I wanted to go boating and the boat needed to be fixed. I spent three days doing that and then I didn't have a driver, flagger, or baby sitter. Today I worked out and went swimming. I'm trying to get back into things and swimming is always the hardest for me to get my skills back. I did a 1/2 a mile today, I need to work up to a mile. My goal is to do the bear lake tri in the fall, but if I don't get to that one maybe I'll do the one in Lehi again. I did that one last year and it was fun. So I need to start riding my bike again. That scares me. Not only do I fall off it frequently but my butt hurts so bad after the first few times. I'm so saddle sore and can't walk straight for the first two to three days after starting to ride again. It is amazing how fast your body can get out of shape and how long it takes to get it into shape. I swear I'll get back my six pack though!! LOL

We blessed Connelly on June 1st, 2008. He was so handsome. The whole family came into town. It was fun. We had dutch oven chicken Sat. night and then Sunday midmorning after the blessing we had a brunch. Everything went very well and the food was excellent. We ended up having the dutch oven in our back yard becuase all the parks around here that you could have a fire at were already reserved. It ended up being okay though. It was fun and we didn't burn our house down!! That is always a plus. I also planted a garden and luckily the last few days have been rainy and so that hopefully will help my garden grow.
